I’ve always been fascinated by people, their stories, their struggles, and their resilience. That spark grew into a lifelong curiosity about human behaviour and the way our systems either help or fail us. My first step was psychology, where I worked alongside some of the most vulnerable members of our communities. I learned quickly that the smallest acts of support could make a big difference, but I also saw the limits of what could be done within government frameworks.

I wanted to do more. That led me into the health and disability sector, where I found my calling in advocacy and systemic change. Whether it was standing beside individuals navigating complex challenges or helping shape submissions to royal commissions and law reviews, I discovered how much I love giving people and organisations the tools to be heard and to thrive. Life threw its share of challenges my way, which gave me the clarity to take a leap into law, combining everything I’d learned with a new set of skills to make change happen.

At the heart of it all is my passion for working with purpose driven organisations. My professional journey has been varied, spanning psychology, health and disability advocacy, and law, but one constant has always remained, my commitment to working with purpose driven organisations. Whether supporting individuals, contributing to systemic reforms, or advising on governance, I’ve always been drawn to empowering organisations and the people behind them.

For me, this work goes beyond strategy or compliance, it’s about strengthening communities, amplifying voices, and helping purpose driven organisations thrive so they can continue creating lasting positive impact.
